Chapter 1 Agreement Instructions
1.1 If users want to access and use the "Puppy" software, they must carefully read and fully understand the terms of this agreement in advance, including the disclaimer clauses that exempt or limit the liability of "Puppy" and the rights restrictions on users. If the user does not agree to this agreement, he should refuse to use or actively cancel the services provided by "Puppy". If you use a third-party account to log in, please be sure to read this agreement carefully. Your use will be deemed as your unconditional and complete acceptance of this agreement.
1.2 Special reminder: Please confirm that you have full civil capacity, if you are over 18 years old, or you are over 16 years old and rely on your own labor income as your main source of living, otherwise please stop registering or using the services under this agreement.
1.3 After the user accepts this agreement, this text may be modified due to changes in national policies, products, and the environment for performing this agreement. The revised agreement will be published on all "Puppy" products (including but not limited to APP, website, PC client). Seven days after the revised agreement is announced, "Puppy" will be deemed to have notified users of the revised agreement. If the user has any objection to the revised agreement, please immediately stop accessing and using the "Puppy" software. If the user continues to access or use the software, it will be deemed to have approved the revised agreement.
1.4 "Puppy" currently provides users with a wealth of Internet services, including but not limited to video, voice communication, chat rooms, etc. If a specific service has a separate agreement, rules, and guidelines, the user must abide by the separate agreement, rules, and guidelines. All other services that the user accepts must comply with this agreement.
Chapter 2 Puppy Account Registration Rules
2.1 Puppy account registration information includes but is not limited to the user's Puppy account name, avatar, password, all information entered when registering or updating a Puppy account, and all information entered by the user when using Puppy's individual services.
2.2 Users are not allowed to include the following illegal and harmful information in their registration materials:
- Violates the constitution or laws and regulations;
- Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
- Damaging national honor and interests, harming public interests;
- Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;
- Undermining national religious policies and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
- Spread rumors, disrupt social order, and undermine social stability;
- Spread obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigate crime;
- Insulting or defaming others and infringing upon others' legitimate rights and interests;
- Contains other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
2.3 The ownership of the “Puppy” account belongs to Hangzhou Duomu Technology Co., Ltd.
Chapter 3 Platform Service Rules and User Code of Conduct
3.1 When using this software, users shall not engage in the following prohibited behaviors stipulated in the "Measures for the Management of Online Performance Business Activities":
- Contains prohibited content as stipulated in Article 16 of the "Interim Provisions on the Administration of Internet Culture";
- The performance is horrific, cruel, violent, vulgar, and damages the physical and mental health of the performer;
- Taking advantage of human defects or showing human variation to attract users;
- Violating the legitimate rights and interests of others by secretly photographing or recording;
- Performing in a manner such as animal cruelty;
- Using online game products that have not obtained the content review approval number or registration number from the cultural administrative department to demonstrate or explain online game techniques.
If "Puppy" discovers that the user has the above situation, the user agrees and accepts that "Puppy" will take punitive measures against him, including but not limited to suspending live broadcast services, blocking accounts, deducting virtual props, deducting gold coins, and banning equipment.
Chapter 4 User Notification Statement
4.1 The user is aware that when using the "Puppy" service, the user may be intruded by malicious content published and implemented by the "perpetrator", including but not limited to threatening, defamatory, objectionable or illegal content, or the user's legal rights (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, virtual assets, etc.) may be infringed by the "perpetrator" whether anonymously or impersonated. The user promises to unconditionally bear the above risks and is exempt from any claims against "Puppy".
Chapter 5 Intellectual Property
5.1 Hangzhou Duomu Technology Co., Ltd. has complete and complete intellectual property rights for the following content: the text, pictures, videos, audio, software and other elements of "Puppy", the "Puppy" service mark, logo and patent rights.
5.2 Users can only use the intellectual property rights of "Puppy" within the scope authorized by this agreement and the corresponding license agreement. Unauthorized use beyond the scope of use constitutes infringement.
Chapter 6 Charged Services
6.1 Some functions or applications of "Puppy" involve payment. The user's click to agree/confirm this agreement is deemed to be acceptance and subscription of the paid service.
Chapter 7 Privacy Protection
7.1 Users are advised not to disclose their various property accounts, bank cards, credit cards, third-party payment accounts and corresponding passwords and other important information and materials when using the "Puppy" service. Otherwise, any losses caused thereby will be borne by the user.
Chapter 8 Other Terms
8.1 The titles of all clauses in this Agreement are descriptive only, and the actual content shall prevail.
